1.be off -- be going / leaving
I must be off now. = I must be leaving now.
2.go away -- leave
He preferred to go away during the summer holidays.
3.right now -- at once
Right now it is the summer vacation and I’m helping my Dad on the farm.
4.from dawn until dark --從黎明到黃昏
Sometimes we go on working from dawn until dark.
5.as a result --therefore 因此
It was late at night and there was no bus. As a result, we had to walk to the village.

B.Sentence patterns:
